“I started seeing Dr. Ute for help with my ongoing ezcema that I've struggled with for years. By taking a 'whole picture' approach, she was able to help drastically reduce my flare ups, minimize night itching, minimize appearance of the ezcema in a very short period of time (i started seeing improvement in a month). 7 months later, I haven't had a flare up, and my ezcema is very minimal and I would say, under control. “Dr. Ute is an attentive listener, and genuinely wants to help, which she does well with the skills she has learned. Dr. Ute has helped improve my blood circulation. The particular benefit of this that I smile at continually is having warm feet for the first time in my life. Dr. Ute helped improve my digestive system: I do not have to take any more enzymes before I eat anything. Dr. Ute helped strengthen my weak lungs: I'm no longer gasping for air after walking up a slope on our beautiful Mnt. Seymour. “Over the years I have increasingly turned to acupuncture treatments for a wide range of issues including grief, joint inflammation and stress. I have been fortunate to be treated by very good practitioners, but none with Ute’s expertise and depth of knowledge. I am so grateful to have found her after moving to the North Shore! Ute has practically eliminated shoulder pain that I’ve had for the past year so I’m now able to do exercises to strengthen a torn ligament in my shoulder. I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to avoid a second hip replacement as a result of Ute’s exact and gentle placement of acupuncture needles in the hip area. She has the BEST needling technique! I am most grateful though, for the improvement in my vision since Ute’s acupuncture and TCM treatments. I am able to read with ease again and drive safely at night. “I came to see Dr. Ute for severe body pain as a result of several car accidents. I was struggling with severe neck, back pain and was suffering from Frozen Shoulder. I also suffered from PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks. The acupuncture sessions with Dr. Ute helped me to release deep trauma stored in my body. After only 4 sessions my panic attacks are gone and the pain stored in my body has greatly reduced. I am feeling more calm and grounded and my sleep has improved. Dr. Ute gave me herbs that increased my circulation, calmed my anxiety and gave me back my focus and energy that I can now dispense into my business.
