“This is the place where I got the massage that I have been wanting for myself. Simon was very professional, and he knows his craft very well. A combination of therapeutic and very relaxing at the same time! Those points that have been bothering my stiffed back and neck, that I haven’t even mentioned to him, were released but not in a “beating” way, iykwim. The front desk lady was very polite and approachable. The place is modern and cozy and nice and clean! The vibe is very relaxing. Thank you so much!”

“I was thoroughly impressed with Chad Friel. I booked an Ayurvedic Consultation with him and got more than I expected out of the appointment. He has real emotional and spiritual strength to be able to hold space for others, and help them process their pain and grief. I felt completely at ease with him. His thoughtfulness, and attentiveness was like gold in a dark mine. He has a grounded nature about him that gave me permission to release my stresses more quickly and easily than with other therapists. I live outside of Calgary, but will come back looking forward to appointments with him. I am thrilled to know he offers abdominal massage, lymphatic massage, ayurvedic treatments and yoga integration. Thanks Chad!”

“I had such an amazing experience here. Simon started with a quick consult to understand the shoulder pain I’ve been dealing with, and delivered one of the best deep-tissue massages I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling light, loose, and pain-free. Afterward, Sage treated me with acupuncture, and she was equally incredible. The two treatments together were exactly what I needed. Can’t recommend them enough.”

“This clinic is the perfect hidden gem in Calgary. The space is so calming and you immediately feel relaxed when you walk in. I’ve seen sage over a hand full of times for acupuncture and she really is incredible at what she does. She’s helped me massively with chronic pain, better quality of life, and managing my stress so my body can feel and perform its best! “My absolute favorite place in Calgary, "The Way" is truly a safe haven. I love how cozy it is, decorated so beautifully with crystals and other wellness goodies. I have had the pleasure of working with 4 of the practitioners but I will speak to the two I have had the most experience with. I suffer with pains in my hip flexors/glutes, went to chiro for months with no improvements but Dr. Rose has been an absolute dream with her needles! My pain has improved tremendously and I am not required to go back-to-back (which was what I had to do when I was seeing a chiropractor). She is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing communicator that truly cares for her clients, providing exactly what is needed and stresses that every body is different. Acupuncture with Dr. Rose is so relaxing, I usually fall asleep! I really enjoy that she puts (over the ear) headphones on me with meditative music during my session, and a heat lamp over the pained spot. Chase, is an absolute angel! I have had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage from him with the bonus of his intuitive energy work. Unlike anything I've experienced before, being "spiritually inclined" it was such a delight to receive support and encouragement from Chase (during and after the massage) without even having to tell him anything that was going on. He could just tell by my energy and it is very endearing, I felt extremely comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend both Dr. Rose & Chase and "The Way" as a whole for your wellness needs, you will not be disappointed!”
