“I've been getting massages for over 3 decades and have had many different therapists. Jian Zhou is one of the best. He knows where to apply more/less pressure ("smart hands"), and is knowledgeable in body mechanics. He's also kind and professional and makes me feel at ease. I will add that Dr. Tim Warwick is also one of the best. Easy to talk to and explains things well. He has a great reputation not just from clients but when I've brought his name up to other health professionals, they have a positive reaction and say things like, "He's a great guy". Lastly, the front desk staff went above and beyond with my requests, are prompt in getting back to me, and are friendly and welcoming when I walk in. It smells delicious in there, too! (located close to Crave probably helps).”

“Have had great experiences. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. And they offer a variety of services so it’s kind of a one stop shop which I love. I went there specifically to get help from a naturopath and Dr. Tim Warwick was amazing with helping me out. Also did IV therapy and it was incredible. Will definitely be going again.”

The staff were extremely helpful in helping me sort out my paperwork and prescription. When I got to the lab, Catherine did an amazing job at putting me at ease. “I dont think I can go for a massage anywhere else after finding this place. Nikki knows what she is doing and I leave the clinic relaxed and feeling fantastic. Highly recommend requesting her if you are booking a massage here. Dr. Warwick cares about his patients and was able to sort out the damage the covid injection did to me. “Very sick today. Called in to cancel my initial appointment. No answer. Janet called me back and tried to force me into a new appointment while I’m halfway through a bout of being sick. I declined and said I would need to call back as I’m currently feeling awful. Kept pushing yet again. Still charged me a no show fee. Silver linings I do appreciate you guys treating me like this early, before spending thousands on your services.”

“I have seen osteopaths over the years before and I had good experiences overall. However, the most amazing for me so far has been Wency at the Longevity Lab. I really felt "grounded" like I hadn't in a long time already after my first treatment (and had a couple more since). She has good observational skills, listens and has sound judgement as well as the ability to give clear explanations and advice. She is getting down to the root cause of your pain and able to apply a customized treatment that addresses the underlying issues, rather than only treating the symptoms. I highly recommend Wency!”
