Cancellation policy. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. A last minute cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment will be applied to your account if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. A full 100% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 4 hours or no show/miss your appointment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Location. My massage studio is located at the rear entrance of 22 Liverpool Street. Parking. There is on site parking available via the driveway & 2 hour street parking on Liverpool Street. Don’t see an appointment time that works? Add yourself to the wait list, in the bottom left corner, to be notified of any last minute openings. Last minute openings are also posted on Instagram here .
