“I had such a wonderful experience with Jenny during my Reiki healing session. From the moment I arrived, she created a warm, welcoming, and calming environment that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain the process, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Jenny has such a gentle, compassionate presence, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about helping others. The Reiki session itself was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling lighter, more balanced, and with a renewed sense of peace. I walked away feeling both physically relaxed and emotionally refreshed. What stood out most was Jenny’s intuition, professionalism, and the kindness she brings to her work. She made me feel heard, supported, and cared for every step of the way. “Shannon has gone above and beyond to help with my dogs care post tick bite. She certainly saved my dogs life. She is an expert with live blood cell analysis and I am pretty sure she is the only person in Canada who works with dogs. She is very passionate about her work and anyone with dog should see her. I am so grateful I found her and love the new location!”

“This is for front staff only. Kat is amazing. After my last appointment I received a phone call accusing me of skipping out and not paying my bill, without even asking me if I had paid or not. Then after I explained I had paid, I was asked twice more “if I was sure I had paid.” I reassured as it had come off of my credit card and I received a paid receipt from this company I had paid. No apology nothing, just a oh we will look into it. Skip to today where I had an appointment with Kat. Drove in from the other side of Hamilton to see that my appointment had been removed from the system. Again no apology no trying to fix it. Nothing. Just “you have nothing booked in our system”. Quite a terrible practice. Receptionist on both occasions was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care that Still Dynamics is in the wrong.”

“I highly recommend this wonderful clinic. Kat (Osteopath) helped treat me for a horrible disc in my neck accompanied by tendinitis in my shoulders. It was really impacting my day to day life and after 4-5 sessions I don’t even have pain anymore, I’m so grateful for Kat and will continue seeing her in the future for maintenance as well. Also, the receptionists are so kind and helpful. It’s a great clinic.”
