“Don’t be shy, book a hypnotherapy session with Kari!! I am sitting in the hospital after a brain surgery that happened yesterday reflecting on my journey to prepare. Kari has been forefront on this journey. I experienced a 2 hour session with Kari the end of February to help prepare for surgery. I had so much fear around having a tumour removed from my pituitary gland. I wanted the hypnotherapy session to be focussed on the positive outcomes post surgery and help relaxing leading into it. I had full access to the recording and listened to it multiple times. Even the night before. My surgical team commented on how great my breathing was and how focussed and relaxed I was.
