“Kelsey was great. Easy to talk to and explain my issues with my rotator cuff. She charted all my pain and movement issues. She showed me exercises to obtain movement and explained reasons for them. “I had my first appointment with Kelsey today at RX Physio. The facility was very clean with a open, airy feel. Everything you need is there! I loved the vibe. I could tell right away that Kelsey is such a nice person. She seems to be very knowledgeable and really listened to everything I said which I truly appreciate it. “Jordyn has been absolutely incredible. I had a significant knee injury, 8 months of constant shoulder pain seemingly from out of nowhere, and incredibly stiff and sore ankles/feet. Jordyn dry needled my shoulder and within a few days all the pain went away and hasn't returned (about 4 months now). She needled my calves on 2 occasions thinking it would help my ankles, but there wasnt any improvement. As she did massage on the ankles/feet she concluded a very small muscle along my leg might be the culprit, dry needled it, and for the first time in years I am able to wake up, stand and walk with zero pain. I can go down the stairs without hobbling. Jordyn will take the time, ask questions, think critically, and try anything she can think of to help you relieve your pain.
