“I had such a positive experience working with Forum throughout my pregnancy. The pelvic floor physiotherapy sessions helped me feel informed, prepared, and supported leading up to delivery. The education, exercises, and labour preparation techniques gave me valuable tools to use during labour, including the TENS machine, which provided significant relief when contractions began. Although my labour and delivery didn't unfold exactly as I had originally planned, I felt much more confident and prepared because of the care I received. The team was knowledgeable, compassionate, and always took the time to answer my questions and tailor treatment to my needs. I would highly recommend Forum to anyone who is pregnant, preparing for birth, or looking for pelvic floor support both before and after delivery.”

“Forum is amazing!! I went to see her postpartum for pelvic floor therapy and chronic shoulder pain. She’s knowledgeable in how to rehabilitate the muscles and after seeing her for the recommended sessions, the shoulder pain is now gone. What a relief. Forum and the clinic is also so accommodating for moms. They were more than ok with me bringing my newborn to my appointments. Highly recommend!”
