From the very first visit, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The physiotherapists Ranjan Pal took the time to understand my condition, explained the treatment plan clearly, and provided exercises that were both effective and easy to follow. “Denisha Patel is a wonderful physiotherapy. She knows exactly what she is doing. Only had a couple appointments with her but I am feeling better after each visit. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”

“I booked an appointment at Princess Street Physio after suffering for 20+ years due to injuries in four parts of my body. Over the course of that time, I tried various modalities to ease my suffering (acupuncture, acupressure, various types of massage, etc, etc). After two sessions with Jafar, my shoulder is now pain-free. My knee and neck are now on their way to being pain-free, and so is my lower back. I can't recommend him enough! He's incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and competent. He is also a very kind and compassionate person. I wouldn't have believed that after a few sessions with him, my life would be so much better, but it is. Ilsa, his receptionist, is a delight, and I always love talking to both her and Jafar. “Highly recommend Jafar-Physio and the girl at the front Elisha. I am very happy with my physiotherapy treatment. I went in for arm pain and plantar fasciitis, and the care I received was excellent. My physiotherapist ( Jafar Abdul Kareem) took the time to assess my condition properly, explained the treatment plan clearly, and ensured I was comfortable during every session.
