“I have been a long time patient of the clinic and specifically, Dr Luke. I recently had an accident that left me with a fractured hip and ribs as well as a number of more minor injuries. I could barely move around my bed. On a whim, I called the clinic to see if Luke would see me. I was very nervous (but desperate) because of my various injuries but Luke very gently and patiently guided me through his process and managed to do a number of manipulations that left me both moving and breathing more freely. “I used to be terrified to go to a chiropractor. But I was having neck issues so my Massage Therapist told me about the Luke Norval. He will help. She was not wrong after a few weeks of going. “First day I walked in over 10 years ago I knew I was in the right clinic. Very friendly, kind and down to earth. Chiropractors and massage therapist listened to my concerns each time I went. When I felt apprehensive with having a neck adjustment for the first time Dr. Bob listened and it wasn’t until I felt comfortable that I had the adjustment. My first ever acupuncture treatment, Dr. Luke explained everything to put me at ease. Jaime and Tanya at reception are wonderful! I always leave feeling better than when I walked in!
