“I tried calling the clinic several times regarding an upcoming appointment (RMT massage), and they never got back to me. I had to cancel it. Not good customer service. Do not recommend.”

“Jessie (RMT) is friendly and very knowledgeable. Her massages are therapeutic and relaxing. She provides different stretches that can help with your injuries. Suji (R, Ac/TCMP) is the only practitioner able to help elevate my wrist and form arm pain for more than just a few days. The relief lasted for a few weeks and didn't come back as badly as it was before. She uses various methods that generally mostly feel relaxing or have only a slight mild discomfort. “It has been many years since I needed the services of a RMT, but over the last few years the tension in my neck and shoulders had been building and so I did some research. Landed on the Clinic as it looked promising, it was in downtown New West and within easy walking distance. I chose to make an appointment with Broxton as he appeared to have the knowledge base and experience I was looking for. Lucky me. The building is very secure and the room was nicely appointed. “If you like deep massage, this is the place to be. Therapist's name is Joanna, she is very good! I highly recommend her. She goes out of her way to make sure that your needs are met. The place is at Columbia, very central if you are taking public transport. If you are driving, come earlier, paid parking is along designated parking on the side of the road. The massage room is huge with very nice ambience with lovely calm colours. If you have Pacific Blue Cross.. you are in luck, she does direct billing. It is online booking too just to make your life a lot easier. Do try a massage with Joanna, she is very friendly & amicable, I guarantee you will like her immediately- which is really important for a massage therapist. 5 stars for this service!”Lire la suiteRéduire
