“My husband emailed multiple times asking if they accept WCB claims and never received a response. Every phone call went straight to voicemail. I went to the clinic in person to ask and waited over 30 minutes with no one at the front desk. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. The communication is nonexistent, and the clinic appears to have serious staffing and management issues. Extremely unprofessional experience.”

“It’s been about two years since I visited this clinic (my experience was in 2023), but I wanted to finally share my experience. I had pre-booked my RMT appointments ahead of time. A couple of times I got called into work the day before, so I emailed to ask if they had any earlier openings. Instead of a simple “sorry, no,” Jenna sent me a long, unnecessary message lecturing me about not booking appointments if I can’t commit. Completely ridiculous. I did go to my appointments, I just asked a simple question. The response was rude, defensive, and totally unprofessional. When I showed up for my appointment Jenna gave me attitude right away and said she’d “let the RMT know I was here” in the most dismissive tone. No greeting, no professionalism, nothing. For someone running a business, she seriously needs to learn how to speak to clients. The RMT was fine, but Jenna completely ruined the experience. I haven’t been back since and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other clinics where the owners actually know how to treat people with respect.”
