“Came here for a birthday surprise from my husband, and I had Mandeep for my massage. She was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, professional, and listened to my needs. It was the best massage i’ve ever had.”

“Finally decided to cancel my membership. Due to the lack of knowledge and professionalism of the receptionists working yesterday. I kept asking them questions about why do I have to keep updating my credit card and personal information on file every 3 months. I’ve updated it with all location every time they asked. It started to get suspicious on how often I had to update it. one receptionist kept repeating “we got a new update system it’s been on the works for 2 months and if you have an issue you need to talk to emerald hills massage heights. I’ve been working here for 3 years.” Like working at a location for a time length is not relevant to my concerns. I come month for a massage why didn’t ask to update my information in the last 3 months. The other receptionist kept looking at looking giving weird looks like I was a “Karen”. Which I really didn’t appreciate. So I’m glad to say good bye to massage heights. I’ve gone through so many good therapists at different locations but have gone 5 good therapists at the Windermere location makes you wonder why they are quitting from that location.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Excellent massage therapist, very comfortable, and attentive. I had my massage with Lana. She's definitely one of the good ones as I've been to other locations and there have been others that I just wasn't comfortable with. She checks in with you, she adjusts when needed, and always aims to find the tension areas even ones that you may not be aware of (which you will feel). “I see Justin Guerette at the Windermere Massage Heights location monthly for my regular massage. He never fails to find the tough knots on my back and shoulders and takes the time to work them out. I always leave my appointments feeling much more relaxed and looser. I am definitely a loyal client and will 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a good massage therapist. “I have been a regular with Massage Heights for last 3 years and all I have got is exceptional service. They are very clean and professional. Justin has been therapist consistently for last 3 years. He is very experienced, professional and is knowledgeable. He is very good at targeting muscles and relieving the pain. His deep tissue therapy has helped me a lot with my back pain. “This is the WORST massage place I have ever been to. I do not recommend it to anyone. I had the flu the day before my appointment, so I called in advance to cancel or reschedule. I explained that I was sick and didn't want to risk infecting anyone, especially the therapist. However, when I spoke to Paige at Massage Heights Windermere, she was extremely rude. She told me, and these are her exact words, "You can come and get Caroline (the masseuse) sick, or you can stay at home. Either way, we will charge you a fee for not showing." I was shocked. My intention was to avoid getting Caroline sick, but Paige made me feel guilty for trying to be considerate. This is not the first time I have encountered unprofessional customer service here. Two months ago, my husband booked an appointment well in advance and received both email and text confirmations. Yet, on the day of his appointment, customer service claimed he had no appointment. Even after showing them the email and text alerts, they had no explanation and blamed their computer system. He had to go home later and wasted that time driving back and forth to the place. These experiences have convinced me that their customer service is horrible. I will never return, and I want to warn others about my experiences. Customer Service: 1/5 Value for Money: 1/5 Overall Experience: 1/5 My feedback to the MH team's response: I understand and respect the cancellation policy, as I’ve had to cancel appointments in the past. However, I’ve also experienced situations where you canceled on us last minute (at least twice), and we only received a simple "sorry" without any compensation for our time (and gas). Regarding this recent incident, my main concern was not just the policy but the response I received from your customer service representative. Her tone came across as rude and made me feel blamed for calling to inform you about my cancellation. This is not the experience one expects when seeking a relaxing environment. I would not have returned if I hadn’t already prepaid for my sessions. “Amazing experience! I had Cecilia who was amazing in every way! She suggested I take the elevation which was basically a hot stone massage which I needed for muscle and back pain tension release. She was extremely tentative, kind and friendly! Can’t wait for the next appointment! The massage also come with choices of aromatherapy oils. “I went here to see Justin and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I wasn’t sure what to expect with booking a last minute appointment with someone who wasn’t completely booked but it was fantastic. I’ve typically told people where my issues are and then they still do a full body massage and spend a few extra minutes in some spots and I find it doesn’t really help. But Justin took the time to work on the areas that needed attention. I strongly recommend him. “I have been going to massage heights for 7 years now. Of course it takes trial and error to find what therapist is best suited for you, but once you find one you love- your hooked! Cecilia at this location is perfect for me. She is always on time, the room is clean, she is professional, uses deep tissue to my liking and I am able to effectively communicate with her if she I want more/less pressure. She doesn’t talk during a massage which is something I highly value. As someone who talks all day at work, the last thing I want is to have a conversation during a massage. A massage is my me-time and self-care and Cecilia delivers! I have previously went to the location in brewery district and then moved south, and it was not an issue at all to start going to a new location. The people at the front desk are always polite and friendly. I personally like the membership route as I get a massage every month anyways, I might as well save some money on it if I can! I’ve only ever had two issues in 7 years. Once because one of the therapists at this location was not professional and didn’t seem to know what she is doing, to which I talked to the manager about and it was solved professionally. The other time I just had a question about a charge on my credit card, to which was also explained to me professionally as I don’t typically get 90 minutes but I did the one time, so i just needed clarification. I honestly have no complaints about massage heights. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and family.”Lire la suiteRéduire
