“Specialized therapists and massage therapy to meet your needs, meaning-initial assessments to working out a plan to meet your needs with starting point to monitoring your progress throught self reflection to affirm treatments. Love this place as they are meeting my needs to get back to being me. From the moment I walk in, the front desk team is always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Bira, my physiotherapist, brings so much knowledge and care to every session. He listens closely and is constantly thinking outside the box, tailoring treatments to meet my individual needs. “As someone who is frequently, broken/injured. Kelsey has been a lifesaver!!! She is so accommodating with my busy schedule! Although she is extremely busy, helping other patients she always manages to squeeze me in when I need her. She is extremely punctual for my appointments and professional. “If you ever have to go to Physio I highly recommend Lifemark everyone there, from the receptionist to the physiotherapists, are so friendly! If you are looking for a physiotherapist, I 110% recommend Miranda! She has helped me correct my lower back issue in no time at all! She is so nice and incredibly professional and knowledgeable! It has been such an awesome experience working with her, she is exceptional at giving me detailed explanations and really helping me to understand the physio process, what could have caused my injury and how and what to do to heal my muscles! Miranda makes every appointment fun and informative and the exercises engaging and easy to learn and do, while working to correct my issue in short term as well as to help me into the long term so the muscles will stay strong!
