I have explored the world of physio, massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and all types of rehab for chronic pain and sports-related injuries for the past eight years. After all these years of unresolved pain and struggling to stay healthy and perform as an athlete, I have to say that Dr. Sunny, my chiropractor, has truly been my saving grace. He is an amazing person who genuinely cares about the longevity and long-term well-being of all his clients, rather than relying on the common "band-aid" approaches that many practices resort to. Sunny understands the body as a whole and, as a result, treats you as a whole unit. He uses a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, shockwave therapy, needling, and more, alongside the rehabilitation exercises he gives you. If you listen to his advice and put in the work, you can honestly have your pain free life back. I drive an hour each way just to see him, and I can genuinely say that it has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health, and athletic performance. Thank you very much Sunny, many thanks for all you've done for me! Nava

I was skeptical about the amount of 5 star reviews, but you'll understand after trying this place. I have a disc protrusion and have been to 5 different physiotherapists and chiropractors in the GTA before this. The best ones you can think of that people recommend, difference is night and day. Sunny really knows his stuff and does alot of tests to get to the core of your issues. Whereas other clinics are like "oh disc related? Ok lets work on core and glutes". Basic cookie cutter methods that dont work for everyone. Its actually such a shame how many terrible clinics there are but im happy i found this one

Dr Sunny has been a huge part of my rehab from chronic low back pain that I thought I would never recover from. I could not even bend forward to tie my shoes and now I am back competing my horses in jumping competitions after a 5 year break. I highly recommend Dr Sunny for anyone but especially athletes with disc and spine issues!

I was dealing with upper back pain for months, especially on the left side. Some of my close friends recommended Dr. Gandhi at GTA Spine. I’m so glad I made the decision to start treatment at GTA Spine with Dr. Gandhi. I started feeling better right after the first appointment and with the next few until my last appointment, the pain was gone and I’m now able to have restful sleep, which the pain was affecting before. I’m grateful and highly recommend Dr. Gandhi and GTA Spine. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

I am a avid soccer and other sports person and was having issues on my left toe, under my foot pain and right knee. I went to meet Dr. Sunny S. Gandhi who patiently listened to my concerns and then started treating the underlying issues. He provided necessary exercise to relieve the pain and build the strength back. In few weeks my toe issue and under the foot pain subsided and was able to be active in the Gym, running again and slowly getting back in Soccer. He is now working on my right knee with exercises to strengthen. I would highly recommended Dr, Sunny.

Can’t recommend this clinic enough. I was dealing with a very complicated TMJ issue that had been ongoing for quite some time. The pain, tightness, headaches, and jaw dysfunction were really affecting my daily life, and I had already tried several approaches without much success. Both the physiotherapist and the chiropractor took the time to thoroughly assess what was going on instead of just treating symptoms. They explained everything clearly, created a structured plan, and worked collaboratively to address the root cause of the problem. The combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and adjustments made a huge difference. What really stood out was how attentive and knowledgeable they were with such a complex case. TMJ issues can be tricky, but they were confident, professional, and genuinely invested in my progress. Over time, my jaw mobility improved significantly, my headaches reduced, and I finally feel like I have control over the issue. If you’re dealing with a complicated TMJ condition, this is the team you want in your corner. Truly grateful for their expertise and care.

I had an excellent experience working with Dr Sunny Gandhi following my microdiscectomy surgery. His deep understanding of post-surgical recovery and tailored approach to my lower back rehabilitation made a significant difference. Step by step, he helped me rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in my body. I’m now able to return to the gym safely, which felt impossible before. Highly recommend Dr Gandhi services to anyone dealing with similar issues.

I’ve been dealing with severe arm and hand pain for approximately five years. What initially seemed like a simple repetitive strain injury from excessive gaming evolved into something far more complex and debilitating. At its worst, I couldn’t do basic daily tasks: washing dishes, gripping objects, even normal functional use was extremely difficult. Both arms were involved, and the presentation didn’t fit neatly into a standard diagnosis. Before working with Sunny, I saw multiple clinicians over the years. While many were well-intentioned, none were able to meaningfully identify the underlying drivers of the issue or provide a structured investigative approach. I often left feeling like we were treating symptoms without understanding the full picture. What stood out immediately with Sunny was the depth of investigation and the willingness to treat the case as complex rather than forcing it into a generic RSI protocol. We approached the problem collaboratively. He asked detailed questions, tested multiple hypotheses, reassessed when something didn’t fully add up, and adjusted the plan based on how my body responded. This wasn’t a “one-exercise sheet and see you next week” situation. We looked at biomechanics, loading patterns, nerve involvement, tissue tolerance, compensations, and long-term adaptations from years of overuse. Sunny didn’t oversimplify the issue, and he didn’t dismiss the severity. Instead, he took the time to understand how five years of chronic pain had altered movement patterns and tissue behavior. While my condition hasn’t been magically “fixed” overnight, and realistically, after five years that wouldn’t be reasonable, I have seen REALLY meaningful progress. More importantly, I now feel like there is a coherent framework behind the treatment. There’s logic to what we’re doing. There’s a clear investigative process. And there’s accountability in adjusting strategy when needed. For anyone dealing with a complex, long-standing repetitive strain injury, especially if you’ve already seen other practitioners without clear answers, I would strongly recommend working with Sunny. He treats complicated cases seriously, thinks critically, and works with you rather than applying a cookie-cutter protocol. After years of feeling stuck, that alone has made a significant difference. Thank you.

Dr. Sunny is a magnificent chiropractor. I initially consulted him for a nagging, troublesome knee ligament issue, with some patellar pain as well - walking was challenging, and squats were history for me. After a mere 2 sessions, the pain has vanished and full mobility is back. Third session onwards, I'm feeling more robust, knee moves well, am back to leg exercises in the gym - comfortably and with fluid range of motion. Additionally, Dr. Sunny has recommended an ongoing exercise regimen, for keeping the solution sustainable. His mantra is, to resolve the problem holistically, focusing on the long-term. For those seeking a top-notch, experienced Chiropractor - look no further !
