Sinead will be out of the clinic September 4–27 to continue training Thai massage in Thailand.
My goal has always been to continue expanding my skills to provide the highest quality of service. This training will further refine my treatments and allow me to bring more intention and precision into your sessions.

“Sinead is amazing! She sets up the space to be so peaceful and relaxing so as soon as you walk in your mind starts to relax. She makes sure she understands your needs and then the rest is magical! She is obviously so passionate about her work and it shows in how good you feel afterwards. I started going to her for the traditional massages, but I’ve started mixing in her new Thai massages as well since she started offering them! “Professional, passionate about her work & personable, look no further than Sinead for your wellness & massage needs!! I have been visiting Sinead for about 8 months now, since Sep 2024. After having a massage at a spa, I was told that I needed to get regular massages because my back & shoulders were terribly tight... So I started looking around! Sinead is an incredibly skilled massage therapist and I've had many therapeutic massages from her. But where she really shines is her advice and guidance for all the time that goes by in between seeing her for treatments. She has taught me that massage is an adjunctive tool that can and should be used in combination with yoga, stretching, strength exercises & all types of fitness regimes.
