“Julia is fabulous she was my pelvic floor physio throughout my pregnancy! She is incredibly knowledgeable … from her physio exercises, coaching on perineal massage and pushing techniques … she is the reason I had only 30 minutes of active pushing during labor and no tears. My healing postpartum has been exceptional, as if I never gave birth! I was going for walks as of the second day. I will continue to work with Julia in postpartum.
