I came in with a sprained ankle that had been holding me back from training, and from the very first visit I felt like I was in great hands. She took the time to thoroughly assess my ankle and did a full gait analysis, which really helped uncover some underlying imbalances that hindered my recovery but also opened my eyes to improving my runs. From there, she created a personalized recovery and rehab plan that was both realistic and effective. Each session was purposeful, and I saw consistent improvement.
