“Great place, 3/5 star because when I booked a massage my RMT informed me that she had to wear gloves during the massage right prior to starting. 100% if I was notified ahead of time I would of rescheduled with someone else. It makes you feel obligated if they wait for you to be in the room before telling you.”

“Adam / physiotherapy- was extremely helpful and gave me the exercises I needed to start getting through runners knee! Is the reason I'm running again instead of stuck in knee pain wishing i could be running -Thanks Adam! 😊 Jade / massage- amazing massage therapist and knows how to find those knots and troublesome places! I always come out feeling significantly more relaxed! Nina / chiropractor - greatly decreased my jaw and neck pain due to my TMJ. Made a huge difference! Also was very kind and supportive when I happened to come in one time when I was dealing with some mental health stuff ❤️ I left the session feeling alot better mentally and physically. Admin staff- always extremely kind and friendly and patient to answer any questions. Everyone is really great here and very nice and friendly too 😊 also I appreciate that they directly bill your insurance!”

“Emily is amazing! I’ve been going to Elit Care for two years, and I’ve been consistently happy with my experience. Last year, I had terrible back pain in such a strange spot that I honestly thought it would never improve—but Emily was so patient and gave me the right exercises to help fix it.
