“After multiple days on the mountain bike, racing, I was apprehensive about going to someone new to work out the knots in my legs. But Laurence put me right at ease within minutes. He knew what pressure to apply and adjusted appropriately. I am very aware of where my body stores tension in my legs (quad dominant) and he showed me ways I can help my body heal between training days. I would so go back 100%.”

“Normally, when I go to regular RMT it turns into the usual massage you get everywhere else and there is nothing wrong with that. However, I had my first appointment here, with Laurence, and at first I was concerned with all the questions and assessment thinking this was just eating into my massage time! Trust me when I say this is time we'll spent. Laurence immediately found the spots in my neck and shoulders. Given the amount of desk work I do this was a more impact full session than the usual. If you want a RMT that targets exactly what's killing you, this is the place to go.”

“I've had one deep tissue massage and one lighter general massage. I like the fact that they are scent free, like any responsible medical treatment location. Their consent form and pre-screening each time is excellent. They will also adjust the depth and focus based on what you communicate.”

“Five stars for the team here! They are incredibly skilled and always know how to hit the right spots. One thing I’d love to see considered is the lighting, I highly recommend using darker rooms with spotlights instead of standard lights. It would create a much more relaxing atmosphere. Aside from that, the service is fantastic”

“Wow. I tweaked my neck and was able to get in really quickly to see Steve. He's friendly, easygoing, and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage was AMAZING. I did a terrible job explaining where my pain was but he zeroed in on it and very gently worked it all away. At the end of the hour (which felt too short haha) I felt like a new woman. Cannot recommend this place, and specifically Steve, enough!”
