In my experience, this is where you can go to get practical, preventative and hands-on medical information and support - the stuff your doctor doesn’t have time to check or tell you about, but could change your life. Whether it's better understanding your hormones and medications, learning how to release painful body tension or having someone to talk through your health experiences, holistically rather than 1 per visit, Adrienne is consistently kind, helpful and knowledgeable - we’re grateful to have her in our community!”

“Warm, intelligent, truly caring and someone it is easy to talk to.
