Restorative care for our space begins in mid-August so if you have or are booking an appointment between August 10 and 28 just follow the posted signage in the building. We’ll be at the same address, just in a different office while a little magic happens on the third floor.

👉 When booking online, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
💳 A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment and allows us to uphold our policies.
📋 If you need to adjust your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead otherwise a partial or full appointment fee will be charged at the therapist’s discretion. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (under 4 hours) will result in a full fee being charged. Fees directly support your therapist.

I have seen several therapists as well as the naturopath, the osteopath and chiropractic care, all who have been very helpful to me over the years. Sjoukje, the owner, is dedicated to ensuring her clients are supported throughout their healing journey. I have had my husband, friends and family members go to Continuum, all of whom have been pleased with their service. I especially like that they have diverse service offerings which are suited to different issues that have come up over the years. “I’ve been going to Continuum Wellness for some time now and I truly can’t recommend this clinic enough. I’ve seen a few RMTs and a chiropractor, and the care has always been excellent. My main RMT is Mandy, and she has been absolutely crucial to my recovery from ongoing shoulder, neck, and arm issues. Her cupping sessions in particular have been incredible and have made such a difference in my recovery.
