“I recently came here because I had a minor back injury at home and I needed some treatment. I went for a 60 minute massage with Sierra the first day and it was unlike any other massage I had ever experienced before. All of the previous massages I had ever done were for relaxation, but this one was specifically for sports massage to treat the root cause of the injury, which Sierra did exceptionally well with. Then I came back the following day to get an assessment and treatment done with their chiropractor, Dr. Weeks. That was also an exceptional experience. Dr. Weeks is very hands on and also likes to address the root cause of the problem areas as well. Today I'm feeling much better than I was 3 days ago. I will definitely be returning here as I have follow up appointments already booked with both specialists. 100/100 for both of them.”

“My regular physiotherapist Hiya is away so I was seen by Sweta this week, she is so lovely and kind. I really feel improvement in my injury as from my first visit I literally cried when I moved my arm in the air at all. I have a torn rotator cuff and I wouldn't be doing so well if it weren't for the wonderful staff at central! Shoutout to the awesome assistants as well, who are always so friendly and talkative during appointments! The staff is truly amazing here.”
