“I started seeing Mike after a car crash that left me with significant pain and limited mobility. From day one, he was patient, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He really listened to what I was experiencing and adjusted treatments based on my progress. The exercises and therapy he provided have helped me regain strength and reduce pain much faster than I expected. I’m very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend him to anyone recovering from an injury. “I recently visited CBI Health for the very first time, and I have to say, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I’ll be honest—I was a bit nervous about going to a new clinic, not knowing what to expect. But CBI Health made my first visit so comfortable and stress-free that all my worries melted away the moment I walked through the door. When I first arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. They made me feel welcome immediately and helped me get checked in without any hassle or confusion. They even took the time to explain how everything worked, which really helped ease my nerves since it was my first time there. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had a calming atmosphere that honestly made the whole experience feel much less intimidating than I expected. The entire staff at CBI Health was fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was comfortable during my first visit. They took time to answer my questions and explained everything they were doing in a way that made sense to me. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on their schedule. My healthcare provider at CBI Health was exceptional. They listened carefully to my concerns, didn’t interrupt, and took the time to thoroughly examine everything I mentioned. What impressed me most was how they explained things in plain language and made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions patiently and even provided some great preventative health advice that I’ve already started implementing. The clinic facilities themselves are modern and well-maintained. Everything looked clean and properly organized, which really helped me feel confident and comfortable during my first visit. The equipment appeared to be up-to-date, and I felt assured that I was receiving care in a truly professional environment. What really set CBI Health apart was how they made my first visit feel like such a smooth, welcoming experience. After my visit, I received a follow-up call to check in on how I was feeling and to answer any additional questions that came up. That kind of personal attention made me feel genuinely cared for. Overall, I would highly recommend CBI Health to anyone, especially if you’re visiting a new clinic for the first time. “Was recommended this company from family. Since the initial phone call I have been nothing but impressed!! The first visit I was pretty nervous as I’ve never done physical therapy/ physio before but Majororie and Grace made me feel extremely comfortable and explained how my treatment sessions would look, what I was wanting to get out of them etc. I was also helped and given information for buying a professional grade TENS Machine.
