“Brittany Kok is my OT. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an understanding that goes beyond her job and she has a sense of what you, as the client are experiencing. “I was referred to this physiotherapy clinic through WSIB, and I am truly very grateful for the care I received. They helped treat my hand injury, and I noticed real improvement thanks to their professional treatment. What makes this place special is not only the therapy itself, but also the amazing team. From the reception staff to the therapists, everyone is kind, welcoming, and very professional. The team is young, friendly, and truly makes you feel comfortable — like you are with a second family. “My Rehab team at CBI Health Hamilton was the best solution for me. After 6 months of trying to navigate the Healthcare system on my own, I was finally working with a team of professionals who could tailor treatment and advice for me. Courtney Nadeau, my Kinesiologist, was the most caring and knowledgeable. She could multitask with grace and composure, treating 5 or 6 patients together, making everyone feel valued and staying on track with their progress.
