“I have been seeing Kelly for about 6 months for a variety of concerns related to menopause, inflammation and aging. Kelly is the most caring and intuitive practitioner. She is a gifted healer and I always leave her clinic feeling so relaxed and calm. I cannot recommend her services enough. “Kelly is an amazing healer and a true gift to humanity!!! I originally went to her for cosmetic acupuncture but have since gone for several other reasons including accupuncture for colds, a bad case of mastitis and a broken ankle and I couldn’t believe how much of an improvement it made in all of these things I feel very lucky to have found her! Not only is she always very professional and punctual, she is also wonderfully maternal, intuitive and really cares about her clients. No two sessions are the same I feel like I basically walk in and say “okay fix me” and she throws in different points every time depending on whatever is out of whack on a given day. “If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I had my very first acupuncture appointment with Mike Alford, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I came in with shoulder, neck, and lower back pain (sciatica), and Mike used a combination of cupping, acupuncture, and massage that worked wonders. As someone who works at a computer all day, I haven’t felt this relaxed in ages. I was a bit nervous about the acupuncture needles, but Mike was so professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and made sure I felt completely at ease every step of the session. I walked out feeling like a brand new person — with immediate relief and a sense of lightness I didn’t think was possible in just one session. Highly recommend Mike to anyone considering acupuncture. “Kelly has played such a huge role in my healing journey! She really takes the time to understand your specific needs in order to provide customized treatment for you which may include cupping, acupuncture, and gua sha. Her compassionate and knowledgeable care have helped me more than I ever expected. I struggle with chronic back pain, anxiety, and sleep issues, which was at an all time high when I started to see her. Many treatments I've tried in the past provided temporary relief, but acupuncture has been life changing for me. I can't recommend Kelly or acupuncture enough! I'm very grateful to Kelly for how she has helped to improve my quality of life. “Kelly has been one of the most powerful healers in my health journey. I specifically went to see Kelly because I was experiencing high blood pressure due to a ton of stress in my life. My doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure medication which I was not too keen on doing. After working with Kelly over a period of 6 months my blood pressure was back to normal and no medication was needed. But the best part was that not only was I able to manage my blood pressure but I also was sleeping better, having more regular bowel movements and just feeling better overall. I cannot thank Kelly enough for her kind, compassionate and intuitive gifts. She's a kickass practitioner and human being! I highly recommended her to everyone I know. “I love the genuine care Kelly offers and her understanding of whole body health. She listens to me about my health and offers a variety of modalities including nutritional tips. I was really feeling depleted before I saw her and thrilled with the results. She is also fabulous with kids too. Both my kids see her regularly and she always checks in with them before she does any treatment and explains the process. She is also super positive and has great energy!!!
