“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Richa at Athletico Physio enough. I came in with ongoing tailbone and lower back pain that had been bothering me for quite some time. Richa took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain what was causing my pain, and develop a treatment plan that made sense. The dry needling sessions have made a noticeable difference in both my pain and mobility. After struggling with this issue for a long time, I’m finally seeing real improvement. I was able to perform at Hyrox and had zero issues or pain during the race!! Richa is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients’ recovery. She always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to answer any questions I have. If you’re dealing with tailbone, lower back, or muscle pain, I highly recommend seeing Richa and her team at Athletico Physio Kingston. Outstanding care from start to finish!”

“The worst place to go. The staff are phony, unprofessional and the owner doesn't know how to keep her staff. Nobody has any respect for the owner the staff complained about her. Not a positive environment when you are trying to focus on yourself and your own healing.”
