“Anna is hands down the best massage therapist I've had over the years. She has a very targeted rehabilitation approach and I appreciate her really focusing on problem areas. “I met Anna today for help with calf tightness that I experience when I run. She is very knowledgeable and talked through a treatment plan with me, giving me exercises to work on at home. I have hope for a positive resolution of my condition for the first time since it flared up two years ago- multiple other medical professionals have brushed it off and told me to just stop running. I look forward to continuing to work with Anna! In addition to her knowledge she is friendly, her prices are very reasonable, and I felt like my concerns were really being heard. “Two years ago in 2020 I hurt my Achilles and had severe pain but when I started my treatment with Anna my ankle improved immensely. Then my sciatica started acting up in the winter of 2022 for which Anna has also been treating me for and again my pain has subsided and I continue to see her for maintenance and stability.
