“I’ve been a patient of Aligned Chiropractic for almost a decade now. Before then was suffering from Poor alignment and poor posture. It took Dr. Matt no time to get me all straightened out. The massage therapist Lauren works miracles when it comes to aches and pains. And when you’re in need of a little cheering up and a good laugh she does a great job of that as well. “I booked an appointment using clinic provided website. The website confirmed a successful appointment. On the appointment day, I received an text message 3 hour before the appointment. And later, I received a call and an email from the clinic that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor did not have time. I asked why the system told me to show up on time but it was cancelled later. The clinic said that they did not see my appointment when I booked it. If the doctor did not have time, why the website allowed me to book it, collected my credit card information and reminded me of the appointment? “Dr. Carson is amazing. She is super patient, kind, understanding and her knowledge of health (especially functional health) is unmatched. The only down side is she is too good so it is hard to get appts but the wonderful staff do their best to try to make things works for you.
