“I’ve been struggling with chronic back pain for roughly 3 years and have seen two different physiotherapists during that time. While I would feel some immediate relief after each session, the pain would always return within hours—often feeling even worse than before. Then I had my first appointment with Dr. Katie… and wow. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive in her approach. During the treatment, I could literally feel the pain shifting—moving and leaving my body. It was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I walked out feeling better than I had in years, but I was cautiously optimistic, waiting to see if the pain would return like it always had. “Over 2 months ago, I could hardly walk down the front stairs to go for treatment. I was referred by a good friend Ashton, as I walked in, Jonna warmly welcomed me and I instantly felt in good hands. I had to wear a dress to my first appointment because I couldn't bend to put pants on (that's how bad it was). Two months later, I am back with a Saturday morning run club. I ran 4x this week and did yoga once. Even last month, this amount of movement was unfathomable. I know I'm not 100%, I know more work is needed and consistency is key.
