“Dr. Genge is my chiropractor at this clinic. She became my chiropractor after mine retired, and I lucked out!! She is very smart, a wealth of knowledge actually, very compassionate, personable, patient, and funny. If you need a chiropractor check her out, highly, highly recommend!! Active Health Clinic has two great receptionist too. After an accident, the main receptionist organized all my visits, and completely updated the second receptionist to my visits on her days. I also see a massage therapist at Active now as well. Jessica Fewer was recommended for my care plan. Oh my gosh the conversations we have had, the laughs, oh mine is is great. She is very personable, listens very well, and her pressure is perfect whether we go light to firm. She always asks how I felt after the last massage. She is attentive during the massage. I would highly recommend Jessica as well. I didn't choose this clinic, I followed my chiropractor to Active but I am extremely pleased. They worked with my own insurance and the accident insurance, i haven't paid a cent up front. I love that personally, direct billing!! They have several chiropractors, masseuse, and more. “I saw Dr. Genge for an initial assessment a few days ago. When I walked in I was extremely nervous as it was my first time ever at a chiropractor, and with my extensive medical history I was quite afraid. Dr. Genge was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so validated and actually took the time to go through everything my body has been going through, from the big things down to my allergy to lettuce LOL. She also explained everything so thoroughly and made me so relaxed with the whole thing. I cannot wait to start my treatment plan and cannot recommend this place enough! Ps. “I had an initial appointment and acupuncture with Heather today. This amazing human being was thoughtful, kind, reassuring, and made the entire appointment incredibly comfortable. She explained the process with great depth, made sure she had as much information as needed before beginning, and was gentle in all the right ways. She has this way about her that exudes care and compassion. She actively listened and made me feel truly cared for. I came in with an ulnar nerve compressed to the point that I had no use of my left arm or hand for almost a week. I left with almost full range of motion back in my wrist, elbow, and shoulder. And a little extra calmness I haven't had in a while that I'm extremely thankful for. I highly recommend Heather and can't wait to see where her healing takes my body in the future. P.S.
