“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Activa Clinic. I visited for physiotherapy back in October 2023 and used my work benefits at the time, under the impression that everything was settled. Now, over two years later, I am suddenly being contacted about an outstanding balance with no clear explanation it's not about the money why that time they didn't tell me that i have a balance even already i paid them $14.50 it's a kind of joke it's never ever happened to me in my whole life . It seems I am not alone, as many others have reported similar issues with their billing practices and poor communication.
