“You often have to wait a the reception. Trainers will just look at you while you stand there. Not even a "hello"? Then when you get a room, they put a heat pack on you and you lay there for 15-20 minutes before they come in to say anything. I'm not getting the value here. Is that normal? Is that excessive? Maybe I'm wrong? After my fourth visit, which included no one at the reception, one of the receptionists talking to someone while processing my data, waiting 10 minutes to be seated after my appointment started, laying there for 30 minutes with a heat pack, my patience was definitely used up... ridiculous”Lire la suiteRéduire
