“Vasco is helping me with my posture and I am very happy with the direction things are going. You have to do the work, he is not doing it for you. He has great knowledge and expertise, he saw right away the many things that were wrong with my posture. The older I get the more I need to take care of myself and this is the best money I spent on myself in a long time. Highly recommend him. “I highly recommend therapeutic massage from Vasco. I have been a client of his for several years and have never been disappointed after a treatment. Unfortunately during the majority of the COVID 19 pandemic, I was not booking many appointments and now find myself in more pain and in desperate need of regular appointments. Vasco made suggestions and with his fantastic scheduling app, I have booked several appointments for all of 2022. “I have suffered with severe spinal issues for a very long time. My first visit with Vasco was when I realized I was turning a corner. He takes the time to educate me on the different muscles and the jobs each one does in my spine. I've also had a posture analysis and surprisingly my centre of balance is intact. We have worked to strengthen areas and stretch others which has helped me immensely. Every visit is anticipated, he applies just the right pressure to relax my muscles and tendons, and we share light banter. I've seen a wide range of professionals for my back issues and without a doubt, Vasco is the real deal and he truly cares about your health, wellness and your experience when in his care.
