“Worst hospital wait is awful they just disregard you like you’re nothing. Went in with severe breathing issues oxygen was low needed a pulmicort treatment and was just left sitting there unable to breathe properly for hours.”

“Amazing doctors at the hospital but because of politics hiring and budgeting etc is complicated bit besides all that they do an amazing job at the hospital nurses, surgeon, social workers you name it Thank you all for everything. We know you care”

“Make the drive to Leamington or Chatham if you can. Windsor has decided it's okay to let a LAWYER run the healthcare system rather than a medical professional. Windsor is losing specialists yet the Windsor CEO wants to know about amenities at the new hospital? How many Windsorites go shopping at the hopital? “Sent my mother via ambulance to Met hospital today. After waiting 11 hours on a stretcher in the hallway (along with a sea of other stretchers) and still not being assigned a doctor, I signed her out. They would not allow me to be with her even after I told them she has dementia until she was assigned a waiting room. Our healthcare system is atrocious. The only bright light in this whole experience was her nurse, Jacob. He did everything in his power to make sure my Mom was comfortable and well taken care of. Met hospital needs more Jacobs. “7 plus hours wait... 10pm to 2am 3 patients each time for bed or seen doctor after maybe 230am or 3am... 1 patient a time to enter each time for bed or see doctor. it is time to FIRE WRH NURSES AND DOCTORS”

Everyone was so helpful and professional. You guys are doing a great job with patient care. “It is a waste of time to go to met Emergency, 8 hours in the waiting room and another 4 hours inside. the stuff they hired in the hospital always they dont know anything. we asked many times when the doctor pass by our room, the answer is when the doctor has the chance to pass , we will see him ( professionel answer from professional stuff) because we were in the casino not hospital. when you go to any hospital, the nurses should at least prepare a blood test before the patient go inside to see the doctor, but now u just end up wasting your time waiting for a duty dr & chances. the doctor on duty wasnt able to walk, maybe he need the 12 hours to finish with 3 patients if he has chance. finally , we went back home with my kid without any result.”Read moreShow less

“Husband was having chest pains and went to emergency room. It was a horrible experience. He had to wait 13 1/2 hours to see a doctor. 13 hours were spent in the waiting room. Waiting room is absolutely disgusting. Horribly uncomfortable chairs, broken water fountain, tv that didn’t work, dirty disgusting bathroom with broken paper towel dispenser, no vending machines. When thirsty had to use a paper cup to drink out of the sink. How about putting a little money into the waiting room to keep waiting patients comfortable. Being in a horrible environment makes the situation so much worse.”Read moreShow less
