“I’ve been with multiple health issues over the years, but have been apprehensive on finding help for a variety of reasons. Anxiety, being self conscious, afraid of any negative results and also how do you know who is best to help. I’ve started a couple of treatments there and everyone is helpful, kind and just so nice. “I’ve had persistent back, neck and shoulder pain from years of gymnastics and now as a university student. Dr Courtney has helped relive much of it already, my head feels lighter and my back straighter. The X-rays were very cool to see since you can visually see what is going on and where the problems are. As someone who has dealt with back and neck pain for years and a lot of physiotherapy done, so far chiropractic work has been the most promising at relieving my pain. “Keyur (physiotherapist) was very informed about my condition (frozen shoulder) and had an organized approach to increasing my range of motion. After regular sessions and with progressive exercises I am so pleased to have recovered almost all of the range of motion of my shoulder. Unlike when I started, there’s no longer any daily activity that I cannot do. Keyur was able to focus on problem areas and tailored his care plan to whatever was most in need of attention.
