“I had an excellent experience at Willow Health and can’t recommend Carley enough. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered questions with patience, and helped me to start learning how the brain/body works, especially the connection between breathing, the pelvic floor, and overall tension. What stood out most was how empowering the session felt. I didn’t just feel “treated”; I left feeling calmer, more confident, and equipped with practical tools I can actually use in everyday life (including diet tips, postures, breathing, and the exercises) Carley is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and intuitive in her approach... Giving the patient full confidence in her expertise. Meg was also very welcoming at the front desk and the entire experience was worth every penny. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Willow to anyone considering physiotherapy, especially pelvic health support. Life changing!”

“Highly recommend! I started pelvic floor therapy with Tegan at 25 weeks pregnant and she was extremely helpful and gave me tons of exercises to do to help with labour and delivery. They 100% paid off and I would recommend any pregnant woman to see her!”

“Starting come here for massage recently, seeing Allison Jones. Very thorough, explains everything in detail. Keeps notes on what worked well, and what still needs work in subsequent visits. Very professional, comfortable environment. Highly recommend coming here and seeing Allison if you've been on the fence about trying massage therapy!”

Without the support from Tegan and Lindsay and their office staff I would not have been able to complete my day to day functions or have returned to work . They are so knowledgeable, kind ,and patient. You will receive top notch care here despite what your reason for visit may be .
