“This was my second time seeking Gene's help for a shoulder problem. I find him very personable, knowledgeable, & caring. My partner had a back issue a year or so ago where he was in so much pain he couldn't stand straight. I told him he should try & get in with Gene. When he came back home he was walking upright. “I had a disappointing experience with Mohamed Elchehimi. In my opinion, the treatment sessions felt unprofessional and lacked the level of care and attention I expected from a registered massage therapist. A significant portion of the appointment was spent on conversation rather than focusing on assessment, treatment, and recovery goals. I attended treatment seeking relief from ongoing symptoms and expected a structured, patient-centered approach. Unfortunately, I did not notice meaningful improvement after session. In fact, I felt that my symptoms became more aggravated afterward, which was frustrating given the time and money invested. Communication regarding treatment goals, progress, and therapeutic techniques could have been clearer and more focused. As a patient, I expected a greater emphasis on hands-on treatment, professionalism, and individualized care.
