“I had an acupuncture appointment with Elad Shalev and experienced what I perceive as cultural harm. I mentioned to him that I am a lesbian and he proceeded to ask if my sexual orientation is acceptable in my culture. I tried to explain the history of colonization and its impact on Indigenous peoples, specifically 2S folks and he started lecturing me on how I needed to change my thinking. He said my negative thinking was making my stress levels high. He then said, “You probably think I’m a colonizer too.” He also did not explain anything about the process of what he was doing, instead just lectured me on how I should watch the way I talk about my experiences as an Indigenous person. “I do not recommend this clinic due to repeated appointment cancellations, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. I booked an appointment at this clinic for December 23 at 1:30 PM and was later called to reschedule to 11:15 AM the same day. I arrived on time and waited 40 minutes, only to be told by reception that Dr. Tran forgot he had an appointment and did not come in. I was then rebooked for December 27 at 1:00 PM. However, just a few hours before this appointment, I received another call asking me to rebook again, stating that the doctor was busy and wanted to focus on other patients because one of the nurses did not come in. This level of disorganization is unacceptable for a medical clinic. Patients rearrange work and personal schedules in good faith, only to have confirmed appointments cancelled due to poor planning and internal mismanagement. I chose this clinic based on positive reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“Me and my business partner love to go in this place . Dr Tran is very accommodating and always check on us . Ms Chloe is also good in assisting us and love how she deal on us and also the receptionist is very nice in adjusting and accommodating our availability . Been doing this for almost a year and their NAD is highly recommended also their IV Drips . We got lots of compliments on our friends since we start on our journey to this clinic.
