“I had my first ever chair massage with Bridget today and it was amazing. She really worked on my tight neck ,and shoulders and also massaged my arms and hands. I tend to get some vertigo from traditional table massage so the chair massage did the trick without feeling dizzy. I will be back to see Bridget and I highly recommend Wellness on 1st.
