“I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Everyone was so kind, patient, and respectful from the moment I walked through the door. My physiotherapist took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed. I’ve noticed a real improvement since starting my treatments, and I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received. The office is clean, comfortable, and well run. It’s reassuring to know there are still places that truly care about their patients. I would gladly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physiotherapy.”

“I walked in with the worst backache, and Gwen the RMT did an amazing job, relieving my pain immensely. The service was excellent, and they processed my insurance documentation quickly. I would highly recommend this place.”

“I hate these people. Susan McGregor, supposedly a physiotherapist, even though,according to the Ombudsman of Ontario and the college of physiotherapists, she hasn't worked here in four years, is the epitome of incompetence, clerical slop caused my surgery to be delayed up to 6 months. To top it off her secretary, Anu, tries to run interference with ridiculous lies and deception that are easily vetted. They are under investigation by the College of Physiotherapists after being referred by the Ombudsman. Avoid at all costs, I can not wait for this to turn full circle. Clinic manager will not respond to me. Lets see what happens with the investigators”

“I had Complete Knee Replacement 6 weeks ago by Dr. Leone at Cambridge Hospital. I was referred to Robyn Davidson for follow up physiotherapy. She has been outstanding ...so encouraging and knowledgeable and very personable. She gave me confidence, answering all my questions each time I visited. I give her 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Not a review, but some questions. Why do you make a person wait so long before allowing them to have joint replacement surgery? I was referred by my doctor two years ago and I was told that my knees hadn't deteriorated enough to qualify for surgery. As I understand it, the replacement joints last up to twenty or more years, but you make a person wait so long that they only have the new joint for about five to ten years. If your house/home was damaged, i.e. part of your roof removed by strong winds, a tree falling onto your house, or damage to your foundation due to flooding, would you wait five, ten, fifteen or more years letting it deteriorate more before repairing the damage? No, you would have the repairs done as soon as possible so you could continue to live comfortably in you home. Our bodies are like our home and we deserve to be able to live comfortably without pain instead of waiting five, ten, or fifteen years.”

“Dr. A.Mcdonald was my surgeon for my knee and my shoulder ....I was told for both of my situations for over a year that it was all in my head due to age and ,job from my GP and very little testing was done, he saw ( I believe immediately) that i did have issue(s) and he was great from the beginning to the end of this journey ....i had no issues with the his office they are busy but the office did their job .....totally professional with a great * bedside attitude * ......I m 3 month period and I feel amazing ...... I unfortunately did not use Dawson's other services, but I can't say enough about this orthopedic Dr.”

“Amazing place Adrian is 100% the best RMT I have ever had. He is very professional, respectful and makes all my pains go away. He sure knows what he is doing. This clinic is very polite and accommodating with my hectic work schedule. I am very happy with staff here I have no complaints I am very satisfied.”
