“After my accident in September I wanted to ensure that the pain I was feeling in my left shoulder was taken care of properly. I have been told that these injuries can be made worst in time if not care for correctly. I chose Waterloo Physiotherapy because it was close to my work. They went through a very lengthy assessment and form a really good treatment plan. Vidhi was the person I saw the most over the last nine months. She asked me how I was feeling at the beginning of the visit and catered her treatment to best help me with my pain and injuries. I have had issue with my shoulder for many years and the exercises and stretching that Vidhi did for me has helped me feel so much better today. There are exercises that I was given as "homework" and at first I wondered why. But if you follow the instruction it works and you'll start to feel so much better. I will definitely go back to Waterloo Physiotherapy if I ever start feeling pain again in the future. I strongly recommend working with Vidhi if you choose Waterloo Physiotherapy.”

“I wanna say Thank you so much Antoine Varghese for healing me and my dad from the car accident last year. Cant barely walk when I first had my session here but then after a week i can feel the progress. Even my dad, he was hesitant to take the session but I'm happy that I pushed him to have a therapy with Antoine since then he felt amazing and back to what he usually do before the accident. Both acupuncture and laser were good.You may think that there's no progress but there is! I must say acupuncture is my favourite:) From can't barely walk to walking like in clouds!Thats how I feel now after all the sessions i had with him.
