“I was having neck stiffness and discomfort for 1 month and went to physiotherapy thinking it was an issue with my muscles but no improvements. Until my doctor recommended to go to a chiropractor. I have never been to a chiropractor before since I have always been nervous about the manual manipulation and the popping and twisting but Vitalpoint is totally something different. They don't do manual manipulation and use high end machines with absolutely no pain or discomfort. I could barely feel anything during the adjustments. After just 1 session I was able to finally move my head and the discomfort was gone! Lisa is such an amazing chiropractor who is extremely knowledgeable and very patient and thorough at explaining everything throughout the whole process. “I have been coming to Vitalpoint Chiropractic for the past year now, and can confidently say that Dr. Lisa, her sister and the team are amazing at their work and patient care. I had first connected with Dr Lisa as I was experiencing ongoing vertigo, which was not going away with re-balancing of vestibular fluid. Dr. Lisa was able to re-balance my atlas bone and work on aligning my spine. I now do not experience dizziness and other vertigo symptoms, and have been carrying on with my life normally. “I had an AMAZING first visit with Dr. Yoon Mi (Lisa) Kim today! I came in to try the Webster Technique since my baby is breech, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She is incredibly kind, empathetic, and genuinely listens without ever interrupting—you immediately feel heard and cared for. Dr. Kim is an absolute pro. She’s confident, knowledgeable, and refreshingly efficient, getting straight to the treatment (which I loved!). I’ve seen multiple chiropractors across the Lower Mainland, and she truly stands out. She trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa—one of the best chiropractic schools in the U.S.—and it clearly shows in her skill and expertise. The clinic was spotless, the free underground parking was a huge bonus (especially on E. Hastings!), and everything ran right on time.
