“I had an amazing experience right from the beginning. I live overseas and wanted to book an appointment for when I was home. They communicated efficiently through email and answered all my questions, especially regarding insurance related questions. When I arrived for my appointment the staff were all so friendly. “I mentioned I had severe anxiety with dentists before making an appointment. I booked an appointment hoping I would be well taken care of. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite I was hoping for. The lady dentist and assistant were dismissive and not gentle. They made me feel like I wasn’t being heard or cared for. Many times the dentist hooked the corner of my mouth with her tools because she wouldn’t take them out safely before yanking them to the side. I had to ask for proper numbing two times because she dismissed my pain. Then, she elbowed me in the head and insincerely said sorry. After working on my teeth, she explained the next steps and had no sense for personal space. I get that dentist needs to be close while working on teeth, but all of the work was done. Her stomach did not need to be on my arm or head for that matter. Personally, I would never go back there. The only staff I appreciated was the front desk lady. She was very kind. For future patients, please be more gentle, respect boundaries, and listen to them.”Read moreShow less

“I had my teeth cleaned last week, and I was back for the filling at the clinic today! It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
