“I recently visited this physiotherapy clinic mainly because I had severe back pain and it was close to my home, but I had a very disappointing experience. The physiotherapist was consulting patients right in the very end of the corridor, with no privacy as people walked by during discussions. Then I was led to a treatment room where beds were separated only by curtains, offering no real privacy. I even noticed rust on the treatment tables, and there was no place provided for patients to hang jackets or keep their belongings. Overall, the atmosphere felt more like a rundown facility from an underdeveloped country rather than a professional clinic. I would not recommend this place.”Read moreShow less

“Adaobi helped me in post partum pelvic physio after a vaginal episiotomy and has helped me improve my health in many ways. My overall physical activity was almost at a hault and I was in constant pains, with my abdomen, lower back and especially pelvis area. She has helped in a way that my overall lifestyle has improved. “This place has been great aid in my recovery for my back sprain and now my they helping me with my pain regarding my soles and tight muscles. They are great listeners and fairly have not had a hassle with any of the staff. pricing for items are fairly reasonable and as for insurance I've been with two different companies and they do cater to them. I work a 9-5 so I'm usually only able to get in on weekends which is fine but did wish they had longer hours but, not much stress.”Read moreShow less

“Recently had a terrible experience, there was no music in the room and the phone was buzzing through the whole appointment. There was no controlled movement, just rubbing my body with the oil in really odd fast ways with no control or rhythm. I tried to give her a few tips during the session but did not want to be rude, she was a very nice girl but needs training provided by the senior massage therapists. “My experience started well here. I was getting physio therapy twice a week for just over 3 weeks. I decided to come to this specific location due to: Its proximity, the types of services (I was looking to expand services) and the fact they can direct bill. Turns out, despite the fact that they have copies of both mine and my spouse's insurance card, upon their request, they in fact cannot direct bill as they cannot coordinate benefits. This took them two sessions to figure out. This was something I asked about up front. Now instead I had to pay up front for all costs and then submit later. Also, I had observed that during my last few appointments they showed some disorganization and were not ready to start me on my appointment time. This culminated today. Yesterday (4/26) at 6:49pm I received a call to confirm my appointment and was asked to move it to 12:15pm. I agreed. Upon arriving on time, and waiting without any reception, the first greetings I received was, "You are late, so you will have to wait a little longer". Not only is this not a good way to start a conversation, I quickly corrected and stated I was told and accommodated a 12:15pm appointment. I am in fact not late. The conversation then turned to, "regardless, I'll need you to wait". So 'tardiness' was not to blame, it was in fact going to happen whether I was on time or not. The conversation was not only deceitful, but also not great customer service. With literally physio therapy locations saturating our area, I quickly asked to cancel this and any upcoming appointments. They underdelivered and then showed very poor customer services on my late interaction with them. *******update******** The owner had reached out and took full ownership. That in itself says a lot and because of that I have returned for additional services.”Read moreShow less
