I’ve been seeing Mats at Up and Running and he’s been amazing. I had an injury from 2 years ago that I couldn’t fully recover from, and he’s the only one who’s helped me regain my mobility and range again. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on. On top of that, he’s so easy to talk to, honestly feels like a friend, which makes every session comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend Mats if you want real results!

By far the best Physio experience I've had. I don't think I have anything new to add that others have not already said. Came in for a running related knee injury and did the initial assessment. Elliott was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He asked a lot of questions and did an assessment. He was very transparent on what he thought was going on and shared his reasons/thought process while always making sure I was able to follow along (help me understanding the concepts). I've found when going to Pan-am or other places my physio person was older or less active. They always had the mindset of "just don't run anymore/stop doing the thing that hurts it". Elliott showed me loaded exercises I could add to my leg day in the gym and actively encouraged me to not avoid the issue, but instead properly strengthen and address it. Obviously my assessment and instruction is specific to myself and my injuring (my issue was fairly minimal and just required strengthening) but I found his insight refreshing, beneficial, and compassionate. There was no shaming for developing an overuse injuring or for having imbalances (like I've felt when going to other places). The physio market is intimidating and very saturated, I'm happy I found Up and Running. Also Prices are fair and transparent.

I have been really happy with the treatment received at Up and Running. They did a detailed assessment and set me up with a program that addressed the cause of the problem, rather than just the symptoms. Having the exercises on an app really motivated me! Thanks, Stephanie!

Highly recommend. Staff are warm, welcoming and professional. The facility is bright, clean and the equipment is well-maintained. I worked with Stephanie Viray, she is very knowledgeable, caring and listens intently. She is thorough with her assessments and was able to teach me exercises that met my body where it’s at.

Saw Stephanie a week ago and she was amazing!! This was my first time doing physio and massage and my shoulder injury is pretty much non existent. Thank you Stephanie!

I’m an ultra marathoner, and on two separate occasions now, the team at Up & Running has fixed a lingering ailment of mine and had me back and running stronger than before. The exercises they give me are things that stay in my routine long term after recovery. The visits are both friendly and professional. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

My experience at Up & Running Physiotherapy was excellent. I was treated for a knee-area pain associated with running. The initial assessment was thorough; the strengthening exercises, massage, and stretches were well-targeted and repeatable at home; and the continuous assessment during follow-up appointments provided the evidence that I was on a path to recovery. I was never kept waiting nor rushed through an appointment, and everyone I’ve been in contact with has been courteous and professional. I enthusiastically endorse this great team. I’m happy to get to the end of this review having resisted saying “and they got me Up and R…”

Stephanie was very kind, attentive and personable! She listened to me, and thoroughly explained her assessments. The service they send exercises on is easy to use & I found the videos very helpful. I also appreciated Stephanie calling to check up on how my exercises were going--they really care about their clients!
