“Absolutely the best eyeglasses shopping experience I've had! I lost my glasses a few days ago, and with a strong prescription, I was expecting to wait at least 4–5 business days for a new pair. To my surprise, I had my eye exam and picked out my frames yesterday afternoon, and my new glasses were ready the very next day! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. They even gave me several pairs of contact lenses in my prescription for free while I waited. The prices were also very reasonable, and the frame I chose was actually on sale. Fast service, great prices, and excellent customer care. Highly recommend!”

“The manager is just money oriented :) ---- To reply to your reply, he at first refused to provide the refund despite that my glasses were no made as per my requirement, didn't he? He even refused to admit that it was not what i had ordered. He did not agree to refund until i said i will report his lack of professionalism. I left this review simply because i realized that people should be warned.”

“I visited Uni Vision with the hopes of repairing my pair of glasses, which I purchased from them. Even though they had been stepped on, they were able to repair them very well. I feel like I got a new pair of glasses, and I was taken very good care of! A very special shout out to Ellen, who was able to fix the glasses after working very hard on them for about 20 minutes. She did a fantastic job and I feel really lucky to have been able to repair my glasses which I love very much.”

“Great selection of luxury and trending glasses models. Some models I can only find at brand website online, but you can try them out in one place, locally, which is amazing! “Awhile ago I bought 2 boxes of lenses because my 2 eyes had different prescriptions. Today I just found out one expired in 2026 and the other in 2023, hence I have to toss out a box full of dailies that I only wear for underwater sports. Won’t be coming back here.”
