“I healthy 48 woman who out of the blue was hit with severe vertigo. It came on out of nowhere and I was getting 5-8 episodes a day. I have no history of vertigo and there qas nothing I could do to control it. Even opening the front door made me feel like I was going to fall backwards. After 3 days I decide to go see Sam at Tsawwassen Chiropractic, I was hoping maybe a neck adjustment would help. Sam after hearing my history immediately reassured me that there she was very familiar with my symptoms and there was a test to assess if the crystals in my ear had shifted and if so she could treat me. The condition is most commonly called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). It happens when tiny calcium carbonate crystals (“ear crystals” or otoconia) in the inner ear become dislodged and move into the wrong semicircular canal, which confuses your balance system and causes The most common treatment maneuver is the Epley maneuver. It’s designed to guide the loose crystals back where they belong. Sam treated me with maneuver and within a few hours the vertigo was gone. If you are having vertigo I highly recommend going to see Sam and see if the cause of your vertigo is BPPV.”

“Best chiro results I've ever had, my back was so bad I was on light duty at work (industrial carpenter). 2 sessions with mister Spencer and I cannot remember the last time I felt so painless and well postured. There is another lady there aswel, I didn't have any appointments with her but I found out she does baby's 🤷. She is very nice and sweet I'm sure she is very gentle and she said it makes them sleep much better 🥹. Go get yourself fixed up and bring the youngins, highly recommend.”

I found Spencer to be very intelligent and intuitive, with incredibly advanced techniques (which he had multiple of). I arrived with pain that had been affecting me for months, and left pain-free, limber and happy. I couldn't imagine me going anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!! Especially if you aren't achieving optimal results with a different Chiropractor. I was blown away with the difference in their more advanced treatment.”
