“I can't say enough good things about Asra Noori, RMT, at Insight Health Solutions. She has been an absolute game-changer in my recovery from frozen shoulder. When I first started my treatment program at the clinic, the physiotherapy was incredible, and I was making great progress. However, I had developed a lot of scar tissue and eventually hit a plateau where I just couldn't seem to get past the last major obstacle to regaining full mobility in my shoulder. After discussing it with Anna, my physiotherapist (who is also amazing), we decided that adding massage therapy might help break up the scar tissue, release the tight muscles and knots, and improve my range of motion. That's when I started seeing Asra once a week, and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and knows exactly where to work. She doesn't just give a relaxing massage—she really gets into the areas that need attention, using the right amount of pressure along with stretching and targeted techniques to help restore movement. After only a couple of sessions, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my range of motion. My pain started to decrease, and with each weekly appointment, I continued to improve. Frozen shoulder is, without a doubt, the most painful condition I've ever experienced, and I honestly don't think I would be where I am today without Asra's expertise and dedication. I also want to recognize the amazing team at Insight Health Solutions. Anna has been an outstanding physiotherapist, and Lisa, Gina, and Vanesa have all been so kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout my recovery. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. That said, this review is especially for Asra. If you're dealing with frozen shoulder, chronic pain, muscle tightness, scar tissue, or limited mobility, I cannot recommend her highly enough. “I recently completed the GLAD program @ Insight Health Solutions on Bristol Circle with Anna Lee. I can’t say enough about the results of this program!!!! The class was small, well instructed & the exercises using stretchy bands makes it possible to do anywhere. The pain in my knees is amazingly reduced & I am hoping to avoid having knee replacement surgery by continuing to do the exercises at home 3x a week. I would highly recommend this program to anyone experiencing pain from osteoarthritis. I wish I had done this program years ago!!!!”

“My dad was here for his Hip and Knee recovery program with Gowshigan. He was treated with professionalism in a friendly environment. Over 6 sessions, his condition has improved dramatically and he has an exercise plan in hand to continue the journey at home. The place is clean and has ample space, the times we went where it was not super busy, the staff would spend more time than was scheduled with us to go through all the exercise moves. Highly recommend if you have any hip or knee issues!”

“I had physiotherapy with Gowshigan and I was very surprised at how the huge improvement he achieved in the very first visit. Obviously, YMMV but my experience was very, very good. Each time I returned I made noticeable progress, until I no longer needed to go after only a handful of appointments, after months of no progress at all before I was seen by Gowshigan. Definitely recommend this service.”
