“Jeff Laing continuously works with me to strengthen and improve my mobility to help me overcome the challenges of arthritis. When I began working with Jeff over 2 years ago, I hoped it would help relieve the pain in my left hip until hip replacement became an absolute necessity. (I previously had hip replacement on my right hip, and was starting to experience similar symptoms in my left hip.) However, with the exercises he has taught me and his continual encouragement, i am pain free much of the time and am now hopeful that hip replacement may never be a necessity. “Had a chelation iv appointment with Dr. Kelly Sraw today and he was great. Reviewed test results first and got lots of good advice on changes I could easily make to improve my health. Had chelation treatment a number of years ago with him and felt the need to do more treatments. Put me on a plan and we will review if working after 10 treatments before continuing on. “While I have always positive experiences at Total Body Health today I was especially grateful to Dr Yap for seeing me last minute today and helping my lower back to go from “stuck” and painful to way more motion and close to pain free. I also walked away with some self help “first aid” methods that I can do on my own and the offer to email if anything changes.
